It feels that we miss a lot and that the days are too short to do the things we have in mind. But our body and mind just need sometimes
to just breath, relax and connect again.
House of Munay’s Mother & Child retreats is your home in the nature, for 5 nights, together with other moms with their children.
It’s a safe space for connection and inspiration. A space where you can be creative, relax, bond, connect with your child and with other women.
This week is all about you, your child, body & mind. There is enough time to relax, as our nannies will take care of the children every morning
for four hours and if needed you can book extra nanny hours to relax and to enjoy ”me time”.
The mother & child retreat is for mothers with children until 10 years.

The Finca
Our mother & Child and Mother & Daughter retreats will be in Mijas, Andalusia – between Malaga and Marbella.
With more than 325 sunny days a year, it’s a perfect location do enjoy activities outside.
The finca is located just below Mijas Pueblo, the charming white village in the mountains of Mijas in a natural and preserved domain. Enjoy absolute privacy, the large garden which is perfectly maintained all year round, the terraces surrounding the entire house, the heated swimming pool and breathtaking 360 views. The beaches are just a 10-15 minutes drive away and the airport of Malaga and Marbella Old Town 25 minutes.
How will my day look like?
In general this is the main schedule, but the type of workshops, yoga, activities depends on the group and the age of the children.
In the morning 8-8.30 you can start with a light self served breakfast, followed by a yoga session around 9.30 am and a refreshing smoothie. There will be taken care of the children by our professional nanny. Depending on the age of the group, there will be craft, kids yoga during the morning and the children will have their morning snack too.
The moms can enjoy their free-time after yoga until lunchtime around 12.30 pm and the nanny will leave. If you would like to book extra nanny service, this is possible.
You will have free time with your child until diner. Dinner will be ready around 6 pm. If you’re later or if you will eat outside, you can let us know before, so our chef can save your dinner.
The workshops and treatments will be scheduled during the retreats.
