Mother & daughter retreat in Andalusia

In this modern world, we sometimes we forget how powerful this bond is. Our work, daily tasks, the time flies and therefor we don’t make enough time for quality time.
Our bond with our daughters affects everything from health, our self-esteem and, it sets the basis of all our relationships too.
House of Munay’s Mother & Daughter retreats is your home in the mountains of Mijas (with sea view), for 5 nights, together with other women with their daughters.
It’s a safe space for connection and inspiration. A space where you can be creative, relax, bond, connect with your daughter and with other women.
This week is all about you, your daughter and your wellbeing.
There are bonding activities for mom and daughter together and there are workshops for only the moms. Our nannies will take care of the girls during the morning hours during the yoga sessions and after the brunch there are activities and free time.
You can read by the pool, stroll in the garden, relax in one of the lounge areas of the beautiful finca or visit lovely Mijas Pueblo or the beach.
This retreat is for mothers with daughters from 12 years.

La Finquita
Leaning against the mountain, nestled just below the charming white little village of Mijas, in the natural and unspoilt María de la Luz more than a century old, farmhouse, is fully and luxuriously renovated and very privately located.
La Finquita is surrounded by a large garden of 6000 m2, there is a heated swimming pool, surrounded by terraces and a breathtaking view overlooking the sea and the nature of the mountains.
A perfect place to journal in the morning next to the pool or on the gras enjoying the 360 degrees view over the sea.
