TTC Talking to the Chakras
TTC focuses on the connection between body and mind, helping to reconnect with the body and thereby also with your sense of safety. This is particularly important in a time of increasing burnouts and depressions.
We often underestimate how much energy it takes to hold onto buried pain and tension. TTC energy helps release hidden emotions. Pain caused by stress easily dissolves.
Through TTC, we come closer to ourselves, gaining a better understanding of what suits us (such as relationships or work). When we release tension and emotion, we feel lighter and can live up to our highest potential, taking control and standing in our power once again. A TTC session helps you experience the connection with your body. Stored trauma is released, and you regain control! Everyone has a different reaction to the table, as everyone has different experiences and thus different things stored in their nervous system. Most people experience sensations and, for example, more space to breathe. Your body may move, but not everyone will move during the first session. Your body often recognizes the energy in a split second, but not everyone is already body-aware. In any case, your body will need time to adjust to the high frequency, which takes a little longer than your energy field.
Private sessions
The benefit of a private (yoga) session, is that the sessions will be tailored to your needs and abilities.
There will be a first call or meeting to discuss your goals, needs and other details and from there we will schedule the yoga sessions, sound journey or cacao 1:1.
You can also book a private group session with your child, partner, friend/ family together.
I am certified multi-style yoga teacher (200 hr + 50 hr Pranayama + 50 hr Yin + 20 hr Yoga Nidra + 100 hr Vinyasa + 25 hr Ayurveda + 100 hr Ayurvedic Nutritionist) teacher.
In my private yoga sessions, we will take time for warming the joints, muscles, asanas, relaxation, meditation and breath exercises.
It is possible to add an Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage at the end of a session or before the yoga we can start with a meditative cacao (which opens the heart to go deeper into the practice).
TTC healing -Facilitator
Talking to the Chakras (TTC®) is a channeled loving cosmic energy that activates the body's self-healing ability through physical and energetic touches. TTC healing releases tension, stress, and traumas from the body. When the chakras are not balanced, symptoms can arise that manifest as physical, mental, or emotional complaints. This stagnation can be caused by tension, stress, or traumas which can be resolved through TTC. By touching certain points on the body, both physically and in the energetic field, a signal is sent to the brain, which in turn signals the blockages, thereby invoking the self-healing ability to lift the blockage. The body can then discharge in the form of movements or emotions - without reliving trauma. The nervous system can relax again and release what has been held for all those years. When energy can flow again, space and peace arise - not only in the body but also in the mind.

If you prefer to practice yoga in a small group instead of online or private, my monthly yoga specials and or cacao ceremonies might be something you would like to join. The monthly Specials take place in my studio in Badhoevedorp and for now the specials are only in small groups up to 8 persons.

Why Yoga?
Yoga is for everyone. Practising yoga asana’s (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and dhyana (mediation), makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit.
Yoga is therapeutic, it lets you follow the inner journey, relax, become aware of your body and mind, boosts your selfesteem, improves concentration and creativity, stimulate the immune system, reduces tension and helps to control anxiety, stress, back pain, blood pressure, headaches, asthma and other diseases.
And of course Yoga asana improves the muscle tone, flexibility, strength and stamina.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda comes from the Sanskrit root words Ayur, which means life and Veda which means science/ philosophy.
What should I be eating, what time is the best time for me to sleep, what is the best daily life routine for me, what food is good for me, what exercises are good for me, why we feel sick, who can we heal ourself naturally.
Ayurveda is based on five elements (ether, air, fire, water and earth) and on three doshas (basically there are 3 different body/person types).
It is a philosophy of living life in a meaningful, healthy and useful way.
Also, one of the oldest holistic system of healing.
Ayurveda has two goals; how to maintain the positive health of a healthy person and how to cure any disease.
Yoga and Ayurveda are connected which each other. They both stem from the same Vedic system of wellness and both help you in becoming the healthier and balanced version of yourself.
Yoga is the part which is harmonizing the body, mind and soul and Ayurveda takes care of the physical and mental wellbeing though life -and food style.
What is a Sound Journey?
Sound healing, a sound journey or sound bath, harnesses the therapeutic power of sound to promote well-being. Everything emits a sound and unique vibration, even if it’s inaudible. Our bodies naturally resonate at specific frequencies, but stress, illness, or trauma can disrupt these resonances.
Sound healing guides us into a relaxed state—the parasympathetic state—where the immune system strengthens, cortisol (the stress hormone) decreases, and alpha- and theta-waves foster daytime alertness and deep nighttime sleep.
While stress elevates cortisol, sound healing restores harmony, triggers healing hormones, and lowers cortisol. Through sympathetic resonance, brain waves slow down, inducing a meditative state that opens access to inner wisdom.

Why ceremonial cacao?
Cacao is good for our body, heart and mind.
It is mildly stimulating and high in minerals, antioxidants and neurotransmitters.
Including magnesium, calcium, copper, zinc, but also caffeine, matrone and theobromine and neurotransmitters.
Theobromine is a heart stimulant that relaxes blood vessels and improves blood circulation (up to 30%, helping to increase nutrient absorption and overall vitality in the body). Your blood vessels expand, the muscles in the lungs relax.
Theobromine is non-addictive (like caffeine), less stimulating (than caffeine) and longer effective in the body.
Cacao is a great source of important neurotransmitters as Serotonin, Dopamine, PEA, Norephedrine and Anadamide.
We will be organizing monthly various workshops with cacao in combination with yoga and breath work.
